Seedance 2 Series
When you provide a reference video to Seedance 2, the charge accounts for its duration as well as the generated clip. Without a reference video, only the output duration counts. For either setup, Mini uses fewer credits than the Standard version.

Before You Purchase
The price reflects the settings for the entire generation. Along with clip length, the chosen model, output resolution, and inclusion of reference material determine how many credits the job uses.
An active subscription carries unused credits into the next billing cycle. The balance is not cleared simply because another month has begun.
Turn off renewal in your account. You can continue using the subscription for the rest of the period you have already paid for.
You can upgrade during a cycle. If your payment processor supports the adjustment, the unused value of that cycle is applied toward the change.
Upgrade credits are applied to the billing period already underway. The calculation of the revised total takes the credits you have used into account.
A single credit-pack purchase adds to your account balance alongside subscription credits. Both balances work with the same generation tools.
Credits spent on a failed attempt are returned once we confirm that the attempt delivered no usable output. A request to refund the original payment goes through a separate review.
Cancellation disables the next renewal. Your existing plan stays available for the remainder of its paid term.
Cancelling does not undo the charge for a term that has already started; it prevents subsequent renewals from being billed.
Cancellation does not immediately remove credits already held in your account. Their use remains governed by the usual account conditions and expiry rules.
A pack suits occasional projects, trying the tools, or completing a batch of generations in one stretch when you do not need a monthly commitment.
After the transaction clears, a receipt is emailed to your registered address. Requests for a formal invoice can be considered separately by support.
Send support your registered email, the relevant purchase identifier, and your company information. The team can then assess your business invoice request.
